We walked in at 430pm on Monday we had to get a car so that my boyfriend could get to work and home, it was down to the wire end of day , not looking good. Neither me or my boyfriend have great credit so we have experience all day at car lots and hassles and all the stuff you have to do to get a car it's like signing over your first born but at Zia they made it almost painless the car that we wanted they never said no they did everything to put us in and at 6:45 we drove away with our new car and I can tell you I have not had an experience this well in any place in this town. I want to thank the whole company for their help and understanding and everything they did for us I am very pleased and I recommend going and buying your next car from them it will definitely be a good experience thank you again it was the smoothest and easiest buying of a car I have ever had.. They had a good selection of vehicles. The vehicle I bought was high quality. They were knowledgeable very helpful. They were fast and went above and beyond to help me purchase the vehicle when I wasn’t feeling well. They had lots of documentation on the vehicle, assuring me that it was a quality purchase. They even offered to drive me to go pick up a check for the payment. I will definitely buy another car from them.

From first call in the morning, through the finance application and trade-in discussion, until I picked up my car, the process was simple and without stress or hassle. And all the same day. Thank you, Ina, for your patience and cooperation; thank you everyone else who was part of the transaction and thanks for allowing me to come back and have the window tint removed. Buying a used car from a used car dealer is very high on our dread-to-do-list. Zia Auto changed that. We had been pricing a particular vehicle for about a year. Not many met our price range and milage requirements. Zia Auto had one and we could not be happier with our experience. They allowed us to have the vehicle reviewed by our mechanic. That step confirmed to us that it ran as well as we thought. The few issues our mechanic found were minor, discussed, and resolved without any complications.
